Ordering and Shipping Policies
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.
Please arrange to pickup your items within 3 months from pickup notification. We will dispose of any orders that are remaining after that time period.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not exchange or refund pieces that have broken after they are in your care.
These pieces are made of thin wood and acrylic, and should be treated as such. Any thin, lightweight, lettering can break with a slight bump or low drop, so please handle them with care. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Due to our policy, we ask that you review and double check all spelling, monograms, and dates before placing your order for custom pieces.
Processing:
Orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete depending on your product and our current work load. If you need your piece within a faster time frame, please contact us before placing your order to discuss our rush fee.
We are happy to discuss your product and design elements after your order has been placed. We can send you sample fonts and mock ups if you desire. If requesting a mock-up, please be mindful to respond promptly, as that could affect your processing time.
Shipping:
All orders ship through USPS.
We use the utmost care when packaging these products in preparation for shipping; however, sometimes accidents happen during shipping that are beyond our control.We encourage you to purchase insurance with your order on all products, but especially our free hanging names. Insurance will make sure your product is replaced if any damage occurs during shipping.
